Due to banking fees, orders cannot be processed until the check/money order has cleared. We do not ship COD.

In stock items are shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you immediately if there is a delay or if your item is on backorder.
Custom Orders on Dog Coats
We make custom coats for all dog breeds!
There's a one time fee of $10.00 for a pattern to be made up. We will then store your pattern for a year from your last purchase date of your last coat. If there hasn't been any activity after a year, we will discard it.
Prices increase for larger coats from ones listed on site. Contact us for more information and instructions on how to properly measure your pet.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom orders to be made. 100% guarantee!
Return Policy
All of our products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee in which items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit excluding shipping and handling charges. THIS GOES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS TOO!
Items must be in new condition with all wrapping, tags and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued.
