Delivery Times:
In order to offer our customers a wider selection of merchandise, some items will not be in stock, which we'll inform you an AVAILABILITY time on that particular item. Only a few items, such as the Dinner Mats and Bandana's will be shipped directly from a supplier and may arrive in several different packages.
Custom Orders:
Please allow additional delivery time for custom-made items, such as the Dog Coats. Depending on our current status, a custom coat may take little as 2 weeks to be shipped out.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship items via UPS or USPS. At check out, you'll have a variety of delivery times and prices to choose from.
Free Shipping Offer:
When we offer free shipping once reaching a set value of $100.00, we will be shipping that item DHL. If you decide you don't want this carrier, you will still have the option at check out to choose the other carrier.
We're dedicated and value our customers and as our appreciation we package all of our products with a special prize just for your loved one.
Overnight Shipping and Handling
Overnight shipping is only available for non-custom items, which are currently in stock. In order to determine that an item is available for overnight shipping, please contact us via e-mail or call us at 541-601-0729 to verify that the order can be filled in time.
International Shipping and Handling Cost
Some International orders will require an additional shipping charge. If your order requires an additional charge we will contact you to obtain your approval for the added amount.
**Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government, or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer.**
